Custom product names
Customize both the product container and the product name customers see on the packaging.
Rename products
If you want to get really creative with your product names, you can rename viaGlamour's generic product names to use your own nicknames. For example, change the eyeshadow called 'viaGlamour Purple' to something custom like Purple Lashes. This will help you keep track of your products and make them more personal.
This feature has limited availability, and may not be available for all of viaGlamour's products. If you have a paid subscription with viaGlamour, you can give certain products a custom name that will be printed in place of viaGlamour's default product nickname. This can be a great way to personalize your products and make them stand out from the crowd.
Create a new product with a custom name
Creating a brand new product with your own name is easy. First, open viaGlamour's app settings and navigate to the stickers navigation item. There you will see a large list of product names load into a table that you can edit. Select any product and register a custom product name that will replace the default name assigned to the product by viaGlamour. When you later create a new product that you've renamed it'll ship to customers using your unique name.
Limitations
It's important to note that while you can customize the names of some products in viaGlamour's catalog, not all products can be renamed. Certain product categories, such as moisturizing creams, are assigned names by viaGlamour that describe the product type, and changing this information could mislead customers on how to use the product.
For example, if you order a moisturizing cream from viaGlamour, it will be labeled with a name like "anti-aging moisturizing cream" to describe the product's intended use. You cannot change this product name because no matter what name is assigned to it, the product will always be filled with a moisturizing cream formula inside its container.
However, there are still ways to add your own branding to these products. You can create a unique design for the product and include text inside of your design that could describe your product differently. This can help you stand out from other sellers and create a unique brand identity for your products.
Overall, it's important to be aware of which product categories support custom names and which do not. By leveraging other branding elements, such as packaging design and product descriptions, you can still create a memorable and unique brand experience for your customers.
